The American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) is committed to advancing food waste reduction education, training, and resources through Hotel Kitchen—a collaborative initiative between AHLA, the Rockefeller Foundation, and the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) aimed at minimizing food waste across the global hospitality and food service industry.
